For Client relationship management (including exchanges, billing, and claims), the data subjects are you as the client or one of your employees. The legal basis is our legitimate interest to process your data within the framework of the performance of our contract. The identification data collected is kept for the duration of the contract, extended by a period of five (5) years from the end of the contract for evidentiary purposes.
For Service provider relationship management (including exchanges and billing), the data subjects are you as the service provider or one of your employees. The legal basis is our legitimate interest to process your data for the performance of our service contract (or the performance of the contract if you are a self-employed individual). The identification and banking data collected is kept for the duration of the contract, extended by five (5) years for evidentiary purposes.
For Sending commercial proposals, the data subjects are you as a prospect (with professional status) or a client. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in sending you professional commercial prospecting. The email address and identification data collected are kept for three (3) years from (i) the end of the contract (if you are a client) or (ii) your last contact with us (if you are a prospect).
For the Management of your job application, the data subject is the job applicant. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in contacting you as part of our recruitment process. The data from your CV and cover letter is kept for the duration of the legal prescription periods provided for in Article L1134-5 of the Labor Code.
For Responses to information and contact requests, the data subject is you as an internet user. The legal basis is T7H's legitimate interest in responding to your requests. The identification data, email address, and phone number collected are deleted after your request has been processed.
For Website improvement and statistics, the data subject is you as an internet user. The legal basis is T7H's legitimate interest in improving the Site's features, or your consent when required. The connection data collected is processed as follows: cookies may be placed for a maximum of thirteen (13) months, and the information collected via trackers is kept for twenty-five (25) months.
For the Management of data subject rights requests, the data subject is you. The legal basis is our legal obligation (Article 13 of the GDPR). The identification data collected is kept for the time necessary to process the request and is then archived for the duration of the legal prescription period.
